Why send you out on a virtual field trip? One of the really interesting things that came out of the technology inventory that we did the first day is that many of you own and are comfortable with a number of the tools on that list. The field trip was meant to be a way for you to: get to know a few other people in our class; visit a place where there are lots of books you could choose from for your reader's workshop; and showcase some of the technological tools that you already know how to use.
I'm really excited to see the results of your work.
